YK Store delivers natural honey, nuts, and organic products across Pakistan with fast and reliable shipping. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.
📦 Shipping Charges
Shipping is 100% FREE across Pakistan.
No minimum order value.
No hidden fees.
🚚 Delivery Time
Our nationwide delivery timelines are:

Major cities: 2–4 working days

Other cities & remote regions: 3–7 working days
Delivery may be slightly delayed due to:

Weather conditions

Courier network load
We currently ship only within Pakistan.
🛒 Order Processing

Orders placed before 5 PM are usually processed the same day.

Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day.

All orders are prepaid only. Unpaid orders are not processed.
💳 Payment Method (Prepaid Only)
YK Store does NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
To place an order, customers must pay online via:

Orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation.
📦 Packaging
We pack all items securely using tamper-resistant and leak-proof materials to ensure:

Natural honey jars are sealed properly to avoid leakage.
🚚 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to you (via SMS or email depending on the courier).
You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.
🔄 Failed Delivery / Returned Shipment (RTS)
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to:

Incorrect address

Unreachable contact number

Customer unavailable to receive
The order will be marked RTS (Return to Sender) by the courier.
To re-ship the order:

You must provide an updated address

A new shipment can only be dispatched after reconfirmation
Since the order was prepaid, your payment remains safe and the order will be resent.
🛑 Damaged, Wrong, or Leaking Product
In case you receive:

A damaged parcel
-
A leaking honey jar
-
A defective or wrong item
You must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Photo/video proof is required for quick replacement.
